# Tồn kho

**Bước 1:** Tại màn hình trang chủ, chọn MODULES Sản phẩm -> Tồn kho

Hệ thống mở ra màn hình danh sách quản lý tồn kho của sản phẩm, mặc định ở kho tổng. Tại đây hệ thống hỗ trợ quản trị nhập số lượng Tồn kho cho sản phẩm.

**NHẬP SỐ LƯỢNG TỒN KHO SẢN PHẨM**\

**Với sản phẩm không có thuộc tính:** bạn nhập số tồn kho ở mục "Tôn kho (Nhập tồn kho)"

**Với sản phẩm có thuộc tính:** bạn chọn "Cập nhật tồn kho sản phẩm thuộc tính"

Tại form "Cập nhật tồn kho cho sản phẩm thuộc tính", bạn nhập số lượng Tồn kho tương ứng với từng thuộc tính của sản phẩm. Sau đó chọn "Cập nhật" để lưu lại thông tin tồn kho.

Trường hợp Cửa hàng có nhiều kho, khi nhập số Tồn kho cho từng kho hàng, vui lòng chọn Kho tương ứng để cập nhật.

**XUẤT EXCEL TỒN KHO SẢN PHẨM**

**Bước 1:** Ở menu Tồn kho, bạn chọn trường "Xuất excel tồn kho sản phẩm"

Lưu ý chọn kho hàng: nếu chọn kho tổng thì xuất excel theo kho tổng - kho tổng là kho mặc định của cửa hàng.

**Bước 2:** Bạn chọn "Xuất excel tồn kho sản phẩm" để thực hiện xuất file excel

**NHẬP EXCEL TỒN KHO SẢN PHẨM**

**Bước 1:** Từ file excel đã xuất tồn kho ở trên, nhập tồn kho cho sản phẩm ở file excel. Nhập số lượng tồn kho sản phẩm vào cột tồn kho.

**Bước 2:** Chọn kho hàng (nếu chọn kho tổng thì xuất excel theo kho tổng - kho tổng là kho mặc định của cửa hàng). Lưu ý cần phải chọn đúng kho muốn cập nhật.

**Bước 3:** Từ file excel đã nhập tồn kho, bạn tải file excel lên hệ thống quản trị.&#x20;

Sau đó màn hình hiển thị thông báo đã thành công.
