# Đăng ký Cộng tác viên

**Bước 1:** Khách hàng đăng nhập vào tài khoản trên website bán hàng của doanh nghiệp, chọn "Đăng Nhập".

**Bước 2:** Khách hàng nhập số điện thoại để đăng nhập vào website

**Bước 3:** Nhập mã kích hoạt được gửi vào số điện thoại vừa đăng ký ở Bước 2. Mã kích hoạt sẽ được gửi dưới dạng tin nhắn hoặc cuộc gọi.

Màn hình trang chủ sau khi khách hàng đăng nhập thành công:

**Bước 4:** Khách hàng di chuột đến tên của mình ở góc phải phía trên màn hình, click chọn "Đăng ký chương trình CTV"

Tại đây, hệ thống mở ra form đăng ký Cộng tác viên, khách hàng cần điền đầy đủ thông tin yêu cầu gồm có:

1. Thông tin CMND/ CCCD
2. Ảnh CMND/ CCCD
3. Tài khoản ngân hàng

Sau khi nhập đầy đủ các trường thông tin, khách hàng chọn "Đăng Ký" để hoàn tất việc đăng ký trở thành Cộng tác viên.
